Nature
We have the rocks, the river, the energy. Nature here is exhibits the other elements. Water breaks down rocks into minerals. Plants take hold and the animal life finds its way. Not all of it is attached. Rocks are shaped and moved from where they once formed. The earth turns away from the sun, the skies darken, the moon is seen, the moon reflects its light, we are exposed to the stars. Humans find their way down and build their granaries. It is part of the Grand Canyon – but it is separate in its own way. These are all unique and connected by being there, yet somehow they belong to the larger world.
