Denali National Park. Denied. With over 6 million acres the access to the park had fallen victim to the ravages of climate change. The road to the interior had washed out as the melting permafrost had slid across the road. With over 300 wildfires burning the smoke filled the air preventing the scenic shots one reads about. Still a moose here and there. A glimpse in the distance of Mt Denali. Enough to know that there exists a hidden world. A place to return to. So consider this a holding place for a trip back.
